2) Question: I can read the Snappy Shop Storefront training materials (PDF files) on my Internet Browser, but I don't know how to save it to my computer.

Answer: No problem. If the Snappy Shop Storefront training PDF files (or any of the bonus PDF files) have opened up to be read in your Internet Browser, you can just left-click the "save" icon on at the top of your browser window. It's probably on the left-hand side, and the icon looks like a tiny square floppy disk.

Once you click on it, it will prompt you for where to save the file. We recommend choosing 'Desktop", that way you'll see the file whenever you turn on your computer, and you can just double-click the file to open it at any time.

3) Question: I downloaded the Snappy Shop Storefront training PDF files but I can't find it on my computer. Where did it go?

Answer: It's important to note where you're saving files, that's why we recommend you choose "desktop", because that way you can see the file every time you open windows. If you've already downloaded the Snappy Shop Storefront and don't know where it was save on your computer, here's what to do:

For Windows users, click on your "Start" bar, and click on "Search => For Files and Folders". If you're prompted for a file type, choose "All Files And Folders".

In the fill-in box you'll see, type in "SnappyQuickStart.pdf", and run the search. Your computer will search for that file name, and if it finds it, you'll see the match. When you see "SnappyQuickStart.pdf", you can right-click the file name, then left-click "Copy", then go to your Windows Desktop and right-click "Paste". That will copy the file over to your Desktop, where you'll be able to find it easily from then on.

4) Question: I can't open the Snappy Shop Storefront, I'm getting an error message or it's all showing gibberish when I try to open it.

Answer: The Snappy Shop Storefront and all the bonuses are PDF files. That means you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to open it. Acrobat Reader is free and VERY useful, you can download a copy at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat if you don't already have it.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, then if you double-click on SnappyQuickStart.pdf, it will tell you something like, "unknown filetype, please pick which program you want to use to open this file". If you get that message, you know you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You cannot open these PDF files with Word for Windows, Notepad, or any other program. If you do, you'll see gibberish, just random symbols and letters. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to read these Ebooks. Once it's installed, you can either double-click the PDF files directly, or open Adobe Acrobat Reader and click "File=>Open" and choose SnappyQuickStart.pdf to open.

5) Question: I purchased the Snappy Shop Storefront at work, but I want to download the training materials it at home to read it in my spare time. How can I do that?

Answer: You are NOT allowed to give the Snappy Shop Storefront training materials to other people, it's "for your eyes only" and is protected by U.S. and International Copyright Law. However, you can of course read the Ebook both at home or in the office, or in your laptop while you're traveling, etc.

One simple way to do this is to email the download instructions you've received by email to your home email address, and then follow the instructions to download the Ebooks at home for later reading.

A second way, if you've already downloaded the Ebooks at work, is to mail them to you as an attachment. In your email to yourself, click on "Attach" or "Attach File", and find where you saved SnappyQuickStart.pdf and the bonus files, and you can then email them to yourself to download at home.


6) Question: I downloaded everything successfully but I'm not really sure where to start. What should I read first?

Answer: To get a basic overview of how an Internet-based business works, we recommend reading "33 Days To Online Profits". That will help get you started.

7) Question: How do I activate my Snappy Shop Storefront?

Answer: You need two things to activate your Snappy Shop Storefront:

a) When you purchased your Snappy Shop Storefront, you were sent an activation code from us by email. If you misplaced that or didn't receive it for some reason, you need to have it re-sent to you. Click here to have it re-sent.

b) You need a Clickbank Affiliate ID (which is free) from Clickbank. If you haven't already signed up for a Clickbank Affiliate ID, Click here.

(Note: If you choose an Clickbank ID that's already taken by someone else, you'll be prompted to select a different one. There should be no spaces or dashes between any of the numbers, and Visa and Mastercard should be 16 digits, American Express is 15 digits.
